Editing Progress

Today we finished the basic cutting and transitions of our film. We have been working on the editing for the past few sessions that we have spent together as a group, with little progress. Initially we found the editing program a challenge however after a few hours of practice we familiarized ourselves with the process and once we knew exactly what we we’re doing, we found the film started falling into place. The main layout of our frames in the story board has stayed predominantly the same. However we felt by adding a recurring frame from the “fight” in the “blue alleyway” in between the frames inside the apartment; as though flash backs of the protagonist, added to the fear and confusion. For our next session we plan to finish and perfect the cutting, record the protagonist’s soliloquy and upload and add the music.
